Unintended consiquences,
With my last order I had troubles taking delivery because my phone number had not been updated. I coundn't recieve my item without the "One Time Password" which was texted to my old number. I tried to update my information after I became aware of this situation but the process did not get the results that I needed quickly because I could not speak to a customer service person directly. To get the desired results I had to give bad reviews of the product to get someones attention and then I was able to update my profile. The seller was a victim of the process that I used. I never had a problem with anything reguarding the seller. The seller emailed me asking me to delete the bad review. How do I delete my review?
