Unhappy Customer Requests Partial Refund
I sold some game cards to someone who is unhappy with the condition. I am confident the condition is as described but could have missed something. I asked for pictures, Buyer refuses and says any other seller would have sent the refund.
Aren't I entitled to ask for photos?

Mentor4 months agoThe buyer is not obligated to provide photos unless the buyer files a Return Request.
You are not obligated to provide a partial refund unless you just want to appease the buyer.
