I looked at a listing and liked it. It was clear from both the title of the listing and the item description that the listing was for a set of 4 glasses. I received a discount offer for this and accepted it. When the purchase arrived there was only 1 glass in the box. I reached out to the seller via messaging on ebay's site and requested the 3 remaining glasses. They replied that the listing was for only 1 glass. I responded by writing the exact wording of the listing, and the response I got was "there was no 3 more glasses" then a follow-up that asked "Where in the description does it say four glasses?" So I copied the entire listing and advised that they read the item description carefully. Since then (all occurred the day the package was delivered, Monday 5/18) the seller has ghosted me. Today I sent ebay a request for assistance with pretty much the whole story. Not long after the seller replied to ebay with the USPS tracking number showing that the package was delivered. It WAS delivered, short 3 glasses. So I've chatted with ebay and have called ebay and I'm being blown off because ebay is concluding that this issue is resolved. I disagree.... but don't know where else to go with this. It's maddening. I would like the set of glasses that the seller described, who wants 1 glass out of a set? Even more importantly is that the seller could at a minimum apologize for their mistake and explain what actually did happen. Crickets from them, pretty crappy I think.
