Unhappy about my Seller Rating being lowered for no reason
Ebay has reduced me from being Top Rated Seller for no reason. The remarks are NOT TRUE. To the contrary, I have had NO unhappy customers. I have had NO delayed shipments and NO dissatisfaction with items purchased. My Buyer Feedback is 100% positive. I allow full refunds at my expense for any reason. This downgrade in my Seller Rating is unwarranted and unfair.

My Seller Dashboard says:
I was a Top Seller until Aug 21, when I was reduced to "Above Standard".
Transaction defect rate: 1 out of 224 (there were NO failed transactions)
Late shipment rate: 5 out of 224 transactions (any delays were caused by USPS, I have never been late on shipping)
Cases closed without seller resolution: 1 out of 224 (there have been NO cases, and NO cases closed without seller resolution)
Tracking uploaded on time and validated: (I don't know what this means. Every shipment has gone out the same day as sold, I have NEVER been late in shipping)
I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I COULD HAVE DONE BETTER. I HAVE 100% HAPPY CUSTOMERS - ISN'T THAT WHAT IS IMPORTANT?
Thanks for any help or suggestions. I work so hard at being a good Ebay member.
