I've already reached out to the seller and they stated they have no restrictions. The shipping address is in the same country as the seller. The item doesn't belong to any restricted goods (old film camera with no batteries).

Ebay support chat has been useless, and changing payment information and/or updating personal information has not helped one bit. Thank you.

I am not sure what you mean. You are located in the country of Georgia according to your profile and the seller is located in the US.

I do see shipping to Georgia for $52.57.

Are you using a VPN? That can cause the system to think you are in another location.

I frequently use forwarding companies to cut down on shipping costs when buying from the US. I've bid on and have purchased several items before with no issue via shipping to forwarding companies.

Unfortunately, picking the Georgian (country) address with the 52.57$ shipping cost still gives me the same exact error. Changing the profile country to match the forwarding company's address did nothing either.

I've contacted the seller and asked them to check whether they've specified the item dimensions correctly (size, weight and such), but I doubt it's really the issue.
