Hello, everyone.
I have a problem with buying. The seller is located in the USA. A shipping address is in the USA (I tried 3 different addresses - DE, NJ, FL) - the same error - "Unfortunately, this item isn’t available for purchase in your location. {e281892-1245570x}". Are there any ideas what's wrong?

The seller probably has an error in his shipping information - either weight or dimensions. What is the item #?
