When I try to submit an offer on an item in the US and I am in the US I get this error. Same thing when I attempt to use buy it now on this item.

OP1 year agoNo, it shows shopping. It even shows me the shipping amount and the list of countries it ships to as well as excluded countries. You can check for yourself. The item number is 335824791310

This means the seller has not set up the shipping correctly.
There fore it can't be shipped to anyone's location.
