Some sellers may block payments from users with a primary shipping address in a country the seller does not ship to, even if the shipping address chosen at checkout is a US address.
And some categories may be blocked for export if the seller is registered overseas, has a primary shipping address overseas, is using a freight forwarder or a non-US network connection (VPN, hotspot or Starlink).
