Hello,
I have bought from a Canadian seller many times with shipping to the US, but now I get an error when trying to pay for an item.
The seller does not limit shipping to the US and is always happy to ship to me, ebay support on facebook says they can't help.
I am confused, how can I fix this?

As mentioned up thread ask the Seller to review their shipping settings for package size, dimensions and shipping methods.
Another thought is the item is restricted from being shipped to the US.

One issue may be the package weight, dimensions or shipping method that the seller set up on the original listing. The Seller can use the Sell Similar function to see what their original Shipping section settings were. The two of you may have to agree to Cancel the original Transaction and the Seller can then Relist the item and correct their mistakes.

It could be that the item does not have international shipping turned ON for the US but usually if that is the case the item would not be visible from the US eBay domain. It does not sound like there is anything wrong with your account.
