Unfairly Banned by Seller
A couple of years back, I placed a $200 dollar order. The delivery service left the package at the wrong address (photo not matching my door). Package vanished. The seller fought me tooth and nail, but eventually eBay stepped in and refunded my payment. Recently, I returned to the seller's listings only to find out I am banned from buying or even contacting them. My feedback is well past 2000 positives with zero negatives. I understand the seller has cetain rights, but find it hard to believe arbitarily banning a buyer for a delivery issue is ok. Thoughts? Resolutions?

Mentor8 months agoA seller has very few "rights" while selling on ebay. One of them is to add a buyer to his/her Blocked Buyer List for any reason, or for no reason at all. Certainly there are other sellers that sell what you are looking for.
