Unfair treatment and bias!
I tried to post an item for sale on ebay that was exactly the same as another seller's listing. Mine was refused by your so called adult policy yet his is still listed. I went out of my way to comply with your standards. There was no nudity shown at all. Please respond so I know that I am not simply being singled out for some unknown reason.

Mentor2 years agoJust as if you were ticketed for speeding and asked the police officer why you were stopped but the other guy wasn't, the answer would by, "Because you were the one who was caught."
If you find an item that violates policy that eBay hasn't caught, you can use the report link on the listing to bring it to eBay's attention.
