Unfair negative seller review based on buyer being dishonest
The buyer of my most recent sale isnt paying for his/her shipping as agreed upon and is demanding me to purchase a new battery which is a lie. I shipped him/her a laptop that was functioning and now they are submitting false claims to get the laptop for free along with a new battery. They are damaging my seller reputation, which is unfair as I am a new seller and now Im already looked at negatively with one negative view thats false.
I submitted a dispute regarding this situation to Ebay but the Ebay team is siding with the buyer's false claims despite providing evidence.
How can I resolve this?
Its so easy for a buyer to just lie and demand a free item by falsely claiming the product they received is broken.
