Unfair Negative feedback from buyer
A few months ago I received very unfair neg feedback from a buyer. I contacted eBay and after reviewing all the facts they kindly removed the comments visibility. However they told me they could not restore my 100% positive feedback score. Now at 98.1% because of the only 1 neg feedback I believe this rating is hurting my sales. I know for fact eBay could restore it. They just won't. Anyone else gave this issue

No one here can see what the feedback originally said in order to have an opinion about whether you could have appealed the decision. At any rate, it's too late to do anything about it now.
The negative will no longer be considered after one year from receipt.

Mentor5 months agoAs long as you don't get any more negatives it will return to 100% after exactly 1 year after that negative was left I believe

Mentor5 months agoThe one negative is over 6 months old, and it is highly doubtful it is affecting your sales.
If Ebay did not remove it back when you contacted them and they removed the visibility, they will not remove it.
Eventually the negative feedback will disappear from the box that shows the 12 month feedback and your feedback percentage will be restored to 100% positive.

Once it is past 90 days from the date feedback was left, it is no longer eligible for removal.
