I don't see anything about the feedback that is unfair, though I'm sure you didn't like receiving it. It sounds like you didn't take care of the buyer. It's too bad he didn't know (and you didn't advise him) that all he had to do was open a return for an item not as described so he could get his money back from you.
Only you know the communication between you two. If it's not too late, why not reach out to the buyer to resolve the problem. If you wear your best customer service hat and exceed his expectations, maybe he would be willing to revise his feedback (but don't ask unless the problem is fully resolved and the buyer is happy).
