Unfair feedback and having it removed
Ebay needs to be fair about feedback. I sold an item and Fedex delivered it to the wrong address. Buyer emailed me and said that tracking said package was delivered however he said he did not receive it. When I looked into it and sent the picture and location it was delivered to the customer said it was not his house. I asked him to check with neighbors to see if it had been delivered to them. He said Fedex always delivers his packages to the wrong address. He demanded I send him another one. I told him I would put in a claim for a missing package with Fedex. He was not happy with that. Within 1-day Fedex found his package and delivered it to him. He then said he either ordered the wrong part, or I sent the wrong part. I told him I mailed him the item that was described and pictured in the auction. So, he gave me negative feedback, I asked that it be removed. He then changed the feedback to neutral stating that " the picture did not clearly depict the item I needed". My first thought was then why did you buy it? The auction had a clear picture of the item. It also had the manufacture's part #. He clearly ordered the wrong part but wants to place blame on me. Ebay can see this if they were to look at the auction but wait it gets better. He now put in a request for refund stating he did not receive the item. I have emails that say he did receive the item not to mention the negative feedback that was changed to neutral said he did receive it. Yet Ebay has not removed his bogus neutral feedback. I wouldn't doubt Ebay gives him a refund. They always side on the buyer even when the proof is there.

Mentor11 months agoThat feedback is 6 months old. Requests for feedback removal has to be done within 30 days of receiving it. It's a neutral. You replied to it. End of story.

OP11 months agoNot 6 months old and I asked for it to be removed the day it was posted. Not end of story you have no clue so why bother to respond.
