Unfair Cancellation of Won Auction – Seller Refuses to Ship Item
I participated in the auction for RADSAFE X2 PRESTIGE R/F, M, L, MAS.
(Listing: https://www.ebay.com/itm/236197051169) posted by user radiomanx and won it as the only bidder at the seller’s low starting price. However, the seller canceled the shipment, claiming the item was "no longer available" or "damaged."
I believe this is a clear case of dishonest seller practices, likely because they hoped to sell the item for a higher price. I demand the item be shipped to me as the rightful winner of the auction.
In response to my message, radiomanx now claims the device is "faulty," but I consider this a lie—the first photo in the listing clearly shows the device powering on with a loading screen, proving it was fully functional. The seller is deliberately misleading me and refusing to honor the sale at the price I won.
I request that eBay: 1. Recognize the auction as valid and binding. 2. Force the seller to ship the item as agreed.

Ebay cannot force the seller to ship the item.
When the seller cancelled the transaction, they received a defect on their selling account.
