Unexpectedly out of town & cannot ship sold item on time.
Cannot send a sold item for 3 weeks due to being unexpectedly out of town. Buyer has not responded to any of my multiple messages asking buyer if he can wait or would he prefer refund. How do I discuss with an ebay customer service rep. Is there a way to call ebay?
