Unexpected USPS Charges for eBay Envelope: What's Happening?
I recently encountered an issue where a buyer informed me that USPS demanded an additional $7.39 for the delivery of a sports card, which I had shipped using a $1.36 standard eBay envelope. This unexpected charge has left me puzzled as I followed the standard process. I'm reaching out to the community to understand if others have faced similar issues and what might be causing these additional costs.
Have you ever experienced unexpected charges with USPS on your eBay sales? What steps did you take to resolve the situation? Could there be specific factors influencing these charges that sellers should be aware of? Please share your experiences, advice, or any insights you might have on preventing such occurrences in the future.
