Unexpected Shipping Costs

Trying to understand how a sold item is billed out.
My order no. 26-15056-78458 shows a small transaction. In the screen capture attached below, you can see the billing. I wasn't expecting to make much money and if it helps someone else out, great. I purchased the shipping label via eBay's automation as the weight and USPS shipping was automatically calculated. I didn't chose the shipping price, but it was automatically calculated due to the item's known weight.
If my total sale is $10.55 and I subtract tax, transaction fees, and the shipping, my final total should be a net $2.16. However, one more line below my screen capture below reads that my net is -$ 0.97.
So where is this additional fee coming from?
Item sold: $10.55
shipping - $6.01
sales tax - $0.55
transaction fees - $1.83
---
Remaining balance should be $2.16
Why or what is the "shipping label" cost and additional -$3.13?
Is eBay charging an additional fee in being able to print the label? And if so, where is that communicated. Don't get me wrong, I love the service options, but when it costs me more to sell an item than to just give it away, I will chose something else.

Mentor3 days ago@seasider40 The problem is you charged a Flat rate of $6.01 no matter where the buyer is located. You got hit with a rural zip code shipping cost.
Shipments under 1lb to rural zip codes including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are now charged the 1lb rate.
