Unexpected Account Restriction After Declined Cancellation
Subject: New Seller – Account Restricted After First Sales
Hello eBay Community,
I am a new seller and recently made my first 10 sales. Shortly after, my account was suddenly restricted. I’m not sure why this happened, as I followed all eBay rules.
Regarding a recent order, the buyer initially requested a cancellation. I declined the cancellation because the buyer later confirmed in messages that it was okay to ship the item. I have already shipped the item and uploaded the tracking information.
I communicate only via chat due to a hearing and speech disability, so I cannot make phone calls. I would greatly appreciate any advice or guidance from the community on how to resolve this issue and reinstate my account.
