Unethical sellers
I purchased a card at the full buy it now price of $125. The purchase went through. A few minutes later I noticed a refund made to me canceling the sale due to "out of stock or damaged" The seller then re listed the same card for another auction at a starting price of $100. I know it's the same card because it is a 1/1 numbered card. The seller won't respond and turned down my $100 offer on the new listing. Is this allowed on ebay? Sellers don't have to honor their buy it now price?

Mentor2 years agoThe seller received a defect from eBay for cancelling as "out of stock".
Sellers that repeatedly cancel sales that way soon lose their selling privileges.
