Unethical seller
I Purchased a vehicle through a used car dealer on eBay. Paid via wire transfer at their request. Vehicle was received, but extreme damage was not disclosed. Over 50 pictures all around the vehicle, but conveniently none of the damage area. No response from seller. Seller canceled sale on their end due to nonpayment, even though vehicle was paid for and received. So, unable to even leave Feedback how do I report this to eBay? Or what can I do?
