UNDISCLOSED END AUCTION EARLY FEE, .
BUYER WANTED TO GIVE AN OFFER ON MY LIVE AUCTION, COULD NOT ADD MAKE OFFER OPTION, LOOKED FOR FEE CHARGE TO END EARLY AND RELIST FOR BUYER , NO - NO FEE OR PERCENTAGE RATE WAS LISTED , SO , HOW BAD COULD IT BE RIGHT ? ALL I DID WAS MAKE A CUSTOMER HAPPY AND THE THEIVES CHARGED ME 43.06 FOR THAT . TRIED TO TALK TO SOMEONE BEFORE I GIVE UP ON EBAY ALTOGETHER , TALKED TO AN EMPTY TUNA CAN FOR 5 MINUTES. KEPT REQUESTING AN AGENT , TOLD TO PROMPT FOR E-MAIL , WOULDN'T ACCEPT MY PROMPT . 27 YEARS ON EBAY AND I'M DONE , SCAMMERS ARE BAD ENOUGH , BUT EBAY SHOULDN'T BE WHEN THEY GET % 14 .

Mentor5 months agoIf you end an auction early that has received bids and do not sell to the highest bidder you will be charged the final value fee appropriate to the highest showing bid amount. You do get one free ending with bids each calendar year. If you used any listing upgrades or promotion fees then these will be owed to eBay even if the final value fee is not charged.
With auctions once bidding starts you cannot add a best offer option and if you had the best offer option on the auction then this goes away once bidding starts.

Sorry to hear you are leaving eBay. Here is a link on closing your account and recovering your personal data. Account closure is not instantaneous as eBay has to allow for all transactions to be completed. Closing your account | eBay
As to fees for Ending listings early had you come here and asked if there were any you would most likely been given a link to this eBay Help page: Ending a listing | eBay
In certain situations fees are charged. Some upgrades like Reserve price on Auctions are charged whether an item sells or not. Best offer and other settings can be added IF there are no bids and IF there is more than 12 hours remaining in the current listing cycle.
