Understanding when a seller ghosts you

Quick question

I'm a bit new to this and how the system works. When sending in a request, and the seller doesn't respond back after sending an offer, and then you try to go back to that offer to see if you can suggest a different offer amount but it says something went wrong with a caution symbol, what is that usually indicate?

@micaugu-56 something went wrong is usually a site glitch. You shouldn't be able to respond with another offer if the seller sold the item to someone else. Is the listing still active?

The listing is still active, yes. I figured it was a glitch but I wasn't sure if this was a way of the seller blocking the ability to not respond anymore or they just removed what they were offering in the beginning when trying to bargain a deal.

@micaugu-56 If the seller had blocked you, which sellers can do for any reason, you would see this message> The seller isn't accepting bids or offers from you at this time

Once a seller blocks you they also will not see your messages.

You can try a different browser or device.
