Understanding selling policies
I listed a breg polar care cooling chest to sell. I received a notification from eBay stating it violated Medical devices policy and it was removed. How are other sellers listing same item and are able to sell the item?

1). Their listing is in violation also, but they haven’t been caught yet.
2). They received special authorization from eBay to sell those items.
