Understanding eBay $2.00 Payout Fees

I am confused about the eBay Payout Fee of $2.00. I am set up to get my Payout once a week and eBay charges me $2.00 each time. Is there a way to not get dinged with the $2.00 Payout Fee?

@keenanscollection All payouts to a debit card have a $2 fee, even weekly scheduled payouts.

I recommend changing to your checking account by selecting Manage next the payout method on this page> https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin/summary

Let me know if you need instructions on how to add the checking account.
