Underpaid Shipping Label
Ebay charged me an additional $31.90 for a FedEx shipping label when I already paid $11.70 for the label. I shipped a playmat that weighed less than a pound in a shipping tube that was roughly 14 inches long and less than 2 inches in diameter. It was sent FedEx Ground, so I don’t know why Ebay charged me the additional $31.90. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
