Underpaid shipping costs
Apparently I miscalculated the shipping costs for an item that I sold. How do I rectify the payment?

Mentor1 year agoYou pay the difference, you can not ask the buyer for more than was stated in the listing.

OP1 year agoI understand that, but does eBay charge me, which I will gladly pay, i.e., will eBay be sending me a bill?

Mentor1 year agoIf you already shipped the item with underpaid postage and it's caught, your account will be charged automatically in the future. If you haven't shipped it yet you just use the correct postage, which is charged to your account as usual.

OP1 year agoOK thanks... the items was already shipped and delivered... I don't have a problem with settling it with eBay... it was obviously my mistake... Live and learn...
