Underpaid Shipping charges
Greetings! I received a message that the USPS readjusted my shipping chargers (I'm the seller) because of inaccurate box size and weight estimates.
"The US Postal Service has some cost adjustments on your shipping labels. We attempted to charge or credit your account based on whether you underpaid or overpaid."
I'm not sure how to complete the payment. This is my first sale.

The amount will be charged to your eBay account and then paid for with your available funds or the card used for selling expenses.
You shouldn't have to do anything to pay it. Is eBay asking for payment?
