If you mean two of your sales on February 3rd, the listings show they were sold with Free Shipping, meaning you had Free Shipping set up on those listings so the Buyer does not pay for a label but you do ... is THAT what you are talking about???

You have stated underpaid and unpaid shipping charges. Could you please clarify?
If you are the seller and did not charge enough for shipping, then it is up to you to fund the difference. The buyer is not responsible. It's important that you add the correct shipping information in the listing when you create the listing in order to charge enough for shipping.
When the buyer pays, they only pay what the listing stated. The buyer has no way to edit or change those numbers.
