Underpaid shipping charge after delivery
I sold an item .packed it shipped it and was delivered 3 days after i was paid for item ebay emails me charging me for underpaid label .but shipper weighed and delivered why charge after the fact.how can I b sure it was what they claim item no longer available.plus it was 4xs the priceĀ
