Underpaid shipping
Canadian buyer purchased an item and the shipping for the item was $12 for USA buyers. How do I invoice for the difference of $17.66 through eBay?

Mentor2 years ago@hkander41 You can not charge a buyer more shipping than stated on the listing. If you did not have international shipping price specified for Canada then the buyer will not be able to pay unless they provide a US address at checkout.
What is the item number? I looked at a few of your listings and you are using the eBay International Shipping Program.
This means that the buyer pays you to ship the item to Illinois forwarding center. Then they pay eBay for international shipping and any customs fees.
Your job is done as a seller once the item safely reaches the forwarding center.
