Underestimated weight on package
My scale was way off and product weight miscalculated. Customer already paid shipping based on wrong weight. How can I pay the difference and get updated shipping label

If you have already purchased a label, you will have 5 days to void it. You can purchase a new label for the correct weight. A refund may take a few weeks. More info here:
