Undercharged buyer for shipping
The buyer already paid and chose USPS Priority. The shipping label is showing a shipping cost of double what I listed with the item. How do I obtain more funds from the buyer?

Mentor2 years agoWhen a seller sets up the listing, the shipping services are selected. If the seller uses calculated shipping, it is imperative to enter the correct size and weight of the package at that time. If the seller chooses a flat rate, it should be enough to cover the shipping methods selected in the listing.
Once the item sells and the buyer chooses a shipping method and pays for the item there is no way to get more money for shipping.
The buyer purchased the item based on what the seller offered in the listing. They had no control over whether it was enough or not and are not responsible to pay more than what was stated in the listing.
