I'm not sure I understand the question. If these don't match, then please provide more info.
If you are the seller and did not collect enough postage from the buyer, you will have to make up the difference from your own funds to print a label for the full amount.
If you printed a label with insufficient postage, then void the label and print a correct label.
If the buyer received an item with postage due, you can provide a partial refund for the unpaid postage, and be sure to document it through messages.
