This was my first time selling anything on eBay I didn’t realize you had to be 18 and my friends sell on here all the time they didn’t ask me for my verification until after I sold my product and then they suspend my account when it was time for me to get the funds out my account I called the support team and the lady was rude and said they couldn’t even tell me anything about my account not how long it was suspended or anything then I asked how to get the money out and she was being rude and said she couldn’t tell me anything and hung up on me and I forgot to add the fact I know this wouldn’t make it better but I turn 18 in one month.

Mentor4 months agoHi @kent_7109
Unfortunately, you may have been suspended for life. Read all the replies that other Mentors have provided up thread.
If you go through the process of trying to register to paid for your FUTURE sold items on eBay and are blocked then you know the suspension is serious. Here is what we normally provide for new Sellers wanting to get paid for the things they sell: Getting paid for items you've sold | eBay
Are you friends all over 18???
Additionally, in the future what would be helpful when you post here is using proper sentence structure ... one long multi-line run-on sentence is hard to read through ...

Mentor4 months agoYou might have to wait until the funds are sent to your state via unclaimed funds. This is a serious violation and the age limit is clearly stated when you open an account.

OP4 months agoeBay support can you guys help me get my money or tell me how long I’m suspended I turn 18 on July 2nd

Mentor4 months agoIt really doesn't matter even if your birthday was tomorrow. You have to be 18 to use the site. Suspensions are usually forever.

Mentor4 months agoWhen you turn 18, you will need to supply a government ID showing you are over 18 (driver's license or ID card or passport), social security number, checking account located in a brick & mortar bank, as that is how sellers are paid).
The current sale for your item will most likely be sent to your states unclaimed property department, which you can claim at a later date.

Mentor4 months agoThe funds from your sale will be sent to your states unclaimed property department, which you can eventually claim in several months.

Mentor4 months agoWhat state are you located in? I would ask Google for the name of the Unclaimed property department located in your state. I have no idea how soon ebay would send your funds to that department, nor how soon you can file a claim for it.
