Under paid shipping
I sold 2 handheld 80s digital games for 19.99 the total sale was 21.64. through FedEx the 10x5x5 box was under $7.00 to ship a day or so later I was hit with $55.00 under paid shipping fee on my transaction page it shows shipping lable for that small box was 61.60 how is this when the total order value was 21.64 and the original label was 6 and change let me add there was no batteries in these hand held games

Mentor1 month agoThis is why to never use ebay FedEx. You will have to dispute the charges with ebay stuck in the middle. The reason and instructions to dispute the charges should be in shipping charge details.

OP1 month agoThanks for answering this discussion, I did get a hold of a representative from Ebay, that in it self was not easy but as soon as she saw the size of the item and weight she agreed immediately and put in a request to fedex to have me reimbursed, she said it could take up to 30 days or sooner and since I had a gold standard.. I guess 100% rating if it doesn't get resolved they will honor the refund them selves. I've rarely had incidents and when I do, and I can get a hold of a representative they make things right. I learned today to ditch fedex and remain with the small packages U.S.P.S and large shipments U.P.S.
