Under Paid Shipping
I went to the post office and they said that EBay didn’t pay enough to ship the items and I had to pay an additional $6.50 x 2 for them to take them. Is there a way for me to recoup this money? I did send the buyers a copy of the receipt and asked them to send me the shortage.

Do not use eBay's suggested shipping rates. Always use buyer pays calculated shipping and enter the correct package size and weight on the listing. Double check the package size and weight when buying your label.
Sorry but you will have to consider this "eBay tuition" . I lost money on shipping my first item too then I got a postal scale and tape measure.
