Under paid postage
Is there anything I can do to get a refund for additional postage. I purchased a card and shipping was supposed to be $1. It was held at the post office and I was charged an additional $7 due to postage being short. I contacted the seller they made excuses and said they would follow up with me. I have little faith they will get back to me. In case they don’t is there an alternative option to get EBay to step in?
