EBAY under estimated the prepaid shiping label by $59.57!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What should I do????????????

Mentor1 year agoI'm guessing you were using Calculated Shipping. The system can ONLY calculate the shipping rates accurately if the information YOU put in is correct. Ebay has nothing to do with this as they know nothing about your package to be shipped.
I hope the difference isn't too much because it does fall on you to make up the difference. I'm sure that isn't what you wanted to hear, but this is not Ebay's fault. They have ZERO visibility one the details of your packaged item.

OP1 year agoMy wt/size of box were precise; ebay estimated $33 prepaid shipping label, but USPS charged me
an additional $59. I suggest that EBAY owes me ~$59!!
Also, when the prepaid label value is more than USPS actual cost, I get no refund from USPS!!!!!!!!!!!!
