undelivered purchase

i purchased some silver coins in feb. 2026 and still not received when i open the help automated chat i dont see my items, i contacted the seller about this issue, they informed me that the goods are already with ebay international hub. what can i do as there is no direct contact with humans. any one can help much appreciated.

Sorry that this happened to you. Unfortunately eBay most likely will not be able to help you. The eBay money back guaranty is only good for 30 days from the last estimated delivery date shown for the item in your purchase history. Most likely this time limit has passed. Check with your payment source to see what help they can give after this amount of time has passsed.

What a bummer to be waiting so long. The Order's tracking should show if seller shipped it and it was sitting somewhere. However, even if it does, you can and should take action. Here is how:

NOTES: These steps are for the eBay.com website (the app may look a little different).

Don't worry, opening a case won't hurt the seller as long as they take care of the issue!

HOW TO: File an Item Not Received (INR) Case

In My eBay, find your Purchase History and find the order.
Click More actions (or ... icon). Select I didn't receive it (see screenshot below).
Submit your request. Indicate what you want the item delivered or a full refund.

What happens after INR is opened?

Seller has 3 business days to respond with updated tracking, a replacement, or a refund.
If seller doesn't resolve the issue within 3 biz days, go back to your request in Purchase History and click Ask eBay to step in.
eBay will investigate and issue a refund, most likely.

If the order is too old and the return option is gone, you'll need to contact eBay Customer Service directly through Help & Support.

Unfortunately, because this purchase was made back in February, the eBay Money Back Guarantee time limit for opening an Item Not Received request has already expired. Buyers have up to 30 calendar days after the latest estimated delivery date to report an item that hasn’t arrived.

Five months is well beyond that time limit. Since the seller says the package reached the eBay International Shipping hub, your best option now is to have eBay review what happened after it reached the hub.
