Undelivered package to buyer
Buyer purchased an item on march 31 that still has not arrived. Whose responsibility is it to find out where the package went.
Am I required to refund the buyer if the package is lost in transit?

The seller is responsible for the package until delivery.
You should ask the buyer to open a not received claim so you can refund them through eBay. Then you file a claim with the carrier.
