Undelivered item from 6 months ago
I just realized I ordered something 6 months ago that never shipped. Is there a way to contact ebay to get help? The automated bot refuses to connect me to an agent because I haven't bought anything in the last 90 days. Apparently it can't deal with orders from 6 months ago.

It's too late to use Ebay's 30 day Money Back Guarantee.

OP2 years agoYea, I figured that out. I'd still like to contact eBay. And I'd like to leave feedback about this seller. Is there a way to do that?

There is no reason to contact Ebay since there is nothing they can do.
Feedback can only be left for up to 60 days.
