Undelivered goods
I've purchased an item from the USA,and bought items before from this vendor,DHL Ecommerce are the courier,and i've tracked my item down to landing at heathrow on the 02/06/26,Since then nothing has happened or been reported to me i've messaged the vendor who has said its ebays problem and not his,unfortunately the window has passed for a full refund claim as apparently it's passed the 30 day expected delivery time?!,i've been into DHL swindon wilts and also the royal mail swindon wilts,and i have proof the royal mail have been notify the item is bound for them, but until they receive the item,nothing can be done,normally i get a card or message to say that there's import duty to pay before royal mail deliver to me,not sure where i can go from here,no one seems interested in helping resolving the issue i have,there seems to also be another spanner in the works with a company called yun express!,who's customer service is shocking, all its saying now is delivery is taking longer than expected, please somebody help me.
