Undeliverable item, returned to seller
The buyer didn't changed their eBay address to their new address so it was returned to the buyer. We notified them of this and they supplied us with an updated address. If it can't be mailed again we could refund their money. What is the correct way to handle this?

Mentor2 years agoIf the buyer wants the package resent, they will have to pay the extra shipping. Get the buyer's Paypal email address and send a Paypal invoice. You can use Paypal to print the new shipping label. If the buyer does not want to pay to reship, you can refund the item price only.
