Undeliverable item.
I ordered a products and in the "Remarks to seller" I told them tgat if they shipped by USPS my package would not be delivered to my physical address and gave them a Post Office Box for delivery. They chose to send it to my physical address and was returned. They are telling me that that is not their problem and I need to work it out with ebay. How do I work it out with ebay when their automated assistant just keeps giving me unrelated articles to read and no way to talk to an actual person?

Sellers are required to ship to the exact address in the Order Details. If you used your physical address at checkout, that's where the package needed to be sent.
If the package has been returned to the Seller, they owe you a refund for the item price.
I would message eBay on their Facebook page for guidance. They might have you open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay.
