Uncooperative seller
China seller will not give return address in English!! I cannot read Chinese characters. EBAY PROVIDED the address with CHINESE CHARACTERS
HOW do I explain this to eBay and have eBay step in?
The seller said I should have contacted them before I sent it back. I didn’t send!
I cannot read the address!

Mentor1 year ago@gdeanlee. The reason for the return determines who pays return shipping.
Also if the item was shipped from the US the seller cannot require you to return the item to China even for remorse returns ( doesn't fit, etc)
Please let us know the reason for return and the location shipped from so we can advise you on the best way to handle the return

OP1 year agoThe listing specifies the buyer pays return shipping and returns are accepted. This is not the issue!
The ebay supplied address is in Chinese characters and I cannot get the address in English! I cannot find a way to ask eBay to step in.
eBay is waiting for me to ship the item

Mentor1 year ago@gdeanlee Buyers ONLY pays return shipping if the return is for a remorse reason such as doesn't fit. I am trying to make sure that you get the correct information because unfortunately WE know the rules of the site better than most of the agents, especially when it comes to returns to other countries.
You can contact eBay customer service and tell them that the seller has not provided a valid return address. Do NOT pay return shipping yourself if the item is not as described even if the agent says to. eBay can not make a seller refund more than the original sale price.
ALL returns to China MUST ship using Priority Mail or else you will not have tracking to prove delivery.
You can buy the Priority return label on Pirateship.com for the best shipping price. Be sure to manually add the tracking to the return. I can provide instructions for this step if needed.
