Uncooperative buyer
The buyer claims an item came in broken. He is refusing to send me pictures via eBay. I’m unable to start a UPS claim because he will not be cooperative at all. What do I do?

-You politely ask for pictures for your records in the event of an insurance claim (which it sounds like you did)
-You invite them to file a return using the reason "Arrived damaged"
-You then wait
