Uncollected item
A buyer bought and paid for a collection-only item in November and was in dialogue with me about collecting it, but failed to arrange it. I've chased several times, but he continues to fail to arrange collection. Is there a time limit for collection after which I can refund the purchase without paying fees myself and relist the item?
