Unclaimed Package
I recently had a buyer that never accepted delivery of an item purchased and did not go and pick up. This item was returned to me as "unclaimed" by the USPS saying they never claimed it and moved with no forwarding address. Is there anything I need to do before relisting this item. I did reach out to the buyer once about pick up and she pretty much blew me off. There has not been a request for a refund from the buyer or any other communication. What do I do?

Mentor1 year agoTechnically the buyer lost their Money Back Guaranty when the package was not picked up and was retuned to you. So you could keep all of the money but that may not be fair. Maybe best to refund the buyer less the shipping charges you paid out for the label.
